Yoma Bank is one of Myanmar's leading financial institutions, known for its innovative products and customer-centric approach. This case study explores the critical role of a Full-time Senior Officer - Multimedia Designer in enhancing brand awareness and supporting marketing initiatives at Yoma Bank. Challenges

As Yoma Bank strives to adapt to changing market dynamics and remain competitive, there are six key challenges that necessitate the presence of a skilled Graphic Designer: internal community building, brand and product awareness, digital products and services, user-centered education videos, content variety for internal bank-wide audiences, and brand consistency across the bank.

Many users faced challenges navigating complex banking tasks independently, often requiring branch visits or external assistance. The goal was to reduce dependency on traditional support channels and empower users with self-sufficiency through innovative digital solutions.
